The Minority Nursing Student Association is a student nursing organization that functions as a support and networking group. MNSA was created to provide support and to create a bond among minority nursing students. MNSA is a multicultural organization open to all nursing students who are interested in joining.

The purpose of the Minority Nursing Student Association is to encourage a positive self-image among minority stundets, to offer positive role models, to educate students on the many professional organizations created by miority nurses, and to assist in the recruitment and retainment on minority students attending MSU's Wilson School of Nursing.
