Up close: While many know Peter as Alex Boyd's younger brother, Peter has a very promising future in the sport of cycling. Still a junior racer in 2008, Peter finishes 'top 10' in most category 3 races - even with the junior gear restrictions. He handly took the win at the well-known Gateway Cup Giro della Montagna at the end of August.
Random Sampler: Peter began racing at the age of eight and has stuck with it ever since. He was born in Alaska and attended four different high schools. Peter boasts that he is "more talented than Alex Boyd," his brother that now rides for pro team Rock Racing and is a former MSU Cycling Team rider! |
