Up close: Todd comes to Midwestern State with a very solid background of racing on both sides of the Atlantic. He has spent the majority of the last three seasons racing in Belgium and surrounding countries as part of a Belgian team, WC De Molenspurters in Meulebeke, Belgium.

Since coming to Midwestern, Todd won the Category 1-2 omnium at the two-day Cotton Patch Classic. He also was seventh in the 2007 Hotter 'N Hell Pro/Cat. 1-2 road race.

During the 2007 season, Todd has collected 20 top-10 finishes in the United States and Belgium.
