Midwestern State University is home to 8 fraternities and 8 sororities. More than 300 undergraduates, about 6% of those enrolled, are members of the Greek community.

The Greek community of Midwestern State University provides a comprehensive educational and social learning experience for its members through the promotion of brotherhood & sisterhood, leadership and personal development, academics, and service to the university and the Wichita Falls community.

The office of Student Development and Orientation operates as a department within the Campus Life area of the University Advancement and Student Affairs Division. It is housed in room 194 of the Clark Student Center and is composed of the Interfraternity and Panhellenic Councils, as well as the National Pan-Hellenic Council which serve as the governing bodies for the MSU fraternities and sororities. In addition, the Historically Latino fraternities and sororities are governed by the Coordinator of Greek Life located in the same office.

For more information on councils and organizations, please visit our "links" area. If you have any questions or comments, please email or call the Office of Student Development and Orientation at (940) 397-3278.
